Dr. Tom Hatley has served as Lead Pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas, since 1992. A passionate preacher, educator, and missions leader, he holds a Doctor of Ministry from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and formerly served as chairman of the Southern Baptist Convention’s International Mission Board. Not only is he a catalyst of strategic mission globally but he has also significantly influenced his home state of Alabama toward biblical Kingdom values.

Lizzy is a prominent UK-based prophetic worship leader, songwriter, and the longtime worship pastor at Majesty Champion Centre in London. Known for her powerful, spontaneous ministry and deep atmospheric worship, she has served as a guest worship leader for major national and international ministry platforms.
Pastor Shane and Amanda Kier lead Cowboy at the Cross in western Colorado, a distinctive ministry built around the culture and rhythms of rural Western life. Before the church had its own building, services were held in a livestock auction barn, with Shane preaching from the sale ring and families seated in the bidding bleachers. Active ranchers themselves, Shane, Amanda and their “crew” continue reaching the farming and ranching communities through a burgeoning church and Rodeo Bible Camps.
The Grand Valley of western Colorado is a place of breathtaking beauty, yet its history has also been marked by ancient curses and deep pain. At one time, this relatively small community reportedly ranked fourth in the nation for teen suicide. Then believers including leaders from the Grand Junction Ministerial Alliance united sustained prayer with practical action, intentionally loving their city and cultivating a biblical culture of honor, care, kindness, and hope.
Dr. Lauren Clark is the founder and president of Here Am I Ministries including founding orphanages and planting churches in Haiti. Today, she ministers around the world as an evangelist, including with Christ for All Nations, and has witnessed hundreds of thousands respond to the Gospel. Lauren has also coached and equipped hundreds of evangelists from six continents. Her passion is to train the Body of Christ to reach nations for Jesus.
Christy Chicoine is a CPA, MBA, and Black Belt with 25 years of financial leadership in public schools and municipal government. She has transformed struggling organizations, resolved multimillion-dollar challenges, and increased public revenue. She works at the Roaring Fork School District and previously for the Town of Carbondale, the Town of Basalt and the Garfield Re-2 School District in Rifle, CO. A committed Christian, wife, and mother, Christy demonstrates how faith can shape courageous, humble, and trustworthy leadership, even in demanding public environments.
Vijay is a kingdom leader and business strategist based in the UK. He has equipped thousands of believers to discover their God given purpose, to bring transformation to every sphere of society. Vijay also works with businesses to identify and resolve critical customer gaps that have delivered 3-5X growth for product sales, and transformed customer retention. Known for his warmth, quick wit, and ability to make complex ideas practical, he brings an engaging approach to kingdom leadership. He and his wife Lizzy are part of Majesty church in Uxbridge.
Pastor Ruben and Susan Mendez have devoted more than four decades to pastoral ministry, Christian media, and global missions, with a special heart for Spanish-speaking communities. They founded Iglesia Shalom in San Antonio and now lead Launch International, strengthening ministries worldwide. A former president of the Pastors Alliance of Denver, Ruben has ministered across the Americas, Europe, Russia, and Asia, equipping leaders and advancing God’s Kingdom.
Dr. Elizabeth Bhargava began her career as an Indian Army physician before completing advanced training in psychiatry and addiction medicine in Chicago. After 20 years as a psychiatrist, she answered God’s call to become an ACBC-certified biblical counselor and founded Eikon Transformation under the pastoral authority of Valor Church. Widowed soon after immigrating to the United States, Elizabeth raised two sons as a single mother. She is passionate about the authority and sufficiency of God’s Word for human flourishing and desires to see biblical counseling become an integral part of the Church’s ministry of discipleship.
Andrew Bowman is a Colorado cattle rancher who has spent the past decade serving agricultural youth through cowboy church and Rodeo Bible Camps. His ministry to the Apaches began in 2016, when he took his youth group to the Res to put on a VBS for the Apache children. He has been back many times, helping with various outreaches including Men’s Conference, VBS, and putting on Rodeo Bible Camps.
Currently he is working on providing written and audio Bibles in the Apache language, and on getting the Jesus Film translated into Apache.
Amy Everette is Co-Founder and Director of Colorado Prays, a statewide movement mobilizing believers across denominations, generations, and ethnicities in united, strategic prayer. With a passion for community transformation, Amy equips and connects intercessors throughout Colorado to pray for the people, cities, and spiritual climate of the state.
